The multiple pools were a highlight. the slides were a lot of fun for everyone. the staff ensured the pool areas were kept clean daily. I noticed they worked hard to maintain the resort.
the paper cups at the self-service stations were quite small. it meant i had to refill my drink more often than i would have liked.

Adequate Stay with Some Shortcomings
repetitive foodweak signal
The food options felt repetitive after a few days I found myself mostly eating pizza. Service at the bar was inconsistent it was hard to get a drink without constant reminders. I had problems connecting to the internet in my room the signal was weak. the constant pestering by vendors near the pool was very annoying. I wish there was better enforcement of quiet hours in the hallways I could hear noise late at night.

the grounds are kept clean. we had a spacious ground floor family room. it had two separate bedrooms and a sitting area. there was also a separate kitchen.
the food was greasy. we were constantly hounded by the sales staff. they asked us every 10 mins if we wanted to pay for a trip. we got shot down straight away when we asked for a late check out without checking. this meant a long 7 hour wait in the hotel lobby.

the kids club was very helpful. the staff was friendly. the food selection was good. our room was always clean. the towel designs were a nice touch. i appreciated the free beach transfer and access to the other resorts, it. the vr gaming room was fun, though i wished it was open longer.
The slippery surfaces around the pools were a bit concerning.

the staff was generally attentive, and ahmed mostafa, the reception manager, was very helpful; his assistance made check-in easier. also, ibrahim at the main restaurant made sure that we were having a good experience during our meals, which was nice

The food was varied and better than other hotels I been to. All of the staff seemed friendly.
I booked this holiday thinking it was great, but I am not sure I would return. The staff did not make conversation unless they want a tip. Around the pool I was lucky to get one drink an hour.
